Can I return my order?
Of course! Send an email to info@groweece.nl or contact us via the contact page here. You can return your order for free 14 days after you order!

Can I swap my products?

Swapping is possible. To see if you are eligible to swap your products please send us an email or get in touch with us via our contact page here. 

Can I pay afterwards?

It is possible to pay afterwards with Klarna. Check your order and see for yourself if we match your expectations, if not let us know and we will make sure you get your money back!

Do I receive a confirmation after I order?

Yes! After you order you will receive your order confirmation in your email. You will also receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
